Wow into March 2023 already!!! This year is clearly flying and I hope you are all well and truly on your path to a very successful 2023!
We had a great trail run on Sunday out at Glenbrook within the Blue Mountains National Park. A big kudos to Sirish for coming along on his first ever trail run with us! It’s not easy putting yourself in a new situation like that when it all feels so overwhelming. Super proud mate and it was so great seeing you out there getting some fresh air in the lungs!

I absolutely love learning about health and fitness (obviously lol), but not only do I enjoy it. I find the more knowledge I gain from others about weight loss, training and all the above…… the more I end up changing positively in my life.

1:1 Personal Training

As many of you know, I am conducting weekly personal training sessions now between Friday – Sundays. I have had four of you book in each week which as been great and so awesome to really dive deep into some technique corrections with all four of you.
I have a couple of hours left to give away over these days if you would like some further help with your training goals. It can be weekly or just a random session as you desire.
