Coaching from experience,
not theory.
Endurance coach, ultra runner, and dad — I help everyday people train for extraordinary things without giving up the rest of their life.
I train for the big stuff while living a full life. So can you.
Hi, I’m Nathan Morris, founder of MorrFit Health & Performance and MFHP Adventures. For more than 15 years I’ve been helping everyday people become healthier, stronger and more capable through personalised coaching. Throughout my career I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels — from those taking their first steps towards better health, to people preparing for marathons, trail races, ultramarathons and multi-day hiking adventures.
My coaching philosophy is simple: training should have a purpose. While losing weight or getting fitter is often where people begin, I believe the real transformation happens when people start training for something that excites them. Whether that’s finishing a 5km, hiking a bucket-list trail, completing an ultramarathon or simply having the energy to keep up with their kids — meaningful goals create lasting results.
I don’t believe in generic training plans or quick fixes. Every program I write is tailored to the individual, taking into account their lifestyle, family commitments, work schedule, current fitness and long-term goals. My role isn’t just to write a program — it’s to educate, guide and support people every step of the way.
Outside of coaching, I’m a husband, father of three and a passionate trail runner who understands firsthand the discipline, consistency and resilience required to achieve challenging goals. Those experiences shape the way I coach and allow me to genuinely relate to the people I work with.
My mission is to help ordinary people achieve extraordinary things — building stronger bodies, healthier habits and the confidence to take on challenges they once thought were impossible.
Work with me“Build a body capable of doing more of the things you love.”
Most people don’t need more motivation. They need a clear plan, realistic expectations and someone to keep them accountable when life gets busy. That’s what I provide.
I race what I coach.
Every event on this list came with lessons that go straight into how I coach. When I say I know what it takes, I mean it.
