2026: these stories are being written today.

Every one of these clients started with an everyday goal — learn the gym, get stronger, feel better. Now they’re training for events. That’s the MorrFit path.

From learning the gym to her first event.

First event

Functional training · Snowy Mountains hikes · HYROX · training through GBS recovery

“I am most proud of the functional gains I have made and how that helps my everyday tasks but also the challenges like hiking in the Snowy Mountains and now Hyrox… I’ve improved my stamina. And now I’m about to do my first event.”

Sienna came to Nathan wanting to learn how to use the gym properly and train for Kokoda. Today she’s stronger, more confident, and on the start line of her first event.

Ten years of 6am sessions — now chasing distance.

10km → 21km

Group training → 1-on-1 coaching · first 10km and 21km events · strength + pull-ups

“I’ve noticed a remarkable increase in my strength and overall fitness since we started working together. I feel stronger and more confident in my abilities… Just share your goals with him, and he will provide a clear plan to achieve them.”

Rosie trained in a 6am group for years before moving to 1-on-1 coaching with Nathan — and went from unstructured workouts to finishing her first 10km and 21km events, with new pull-up strength to match.

Back from health challenges, and nearly at her old best.

Return to running after a long break · 4kg down · aerobic base, nutrition and running-specific strength

“I nearly achieved a personal best after only 12 weeks of training, following a significant break from running. Rather than just giving me a programme, he helped me understand the ‘why’ behind the training and nutrition.”

Chloe had never worked with a running coach, and always ran too fast to build a proper aerobic base. Twelve weeks in she was 4kg lighter, training at the right intensities, and racing close to the times she ran before her break.

Three years in the gym. Ten weeks of actual training.

Fat down, muscle up

Visible change in 8 to 10 weeks · 2kg down · out of group classes, into a real programme

“I was going to gym, I wasn’t training. Now I have burnt fat and gained muscle, and I’ve absolutely achieved the visual change I wanted for years, only after 8 to 10 weeks.”

Parvin trained consistently for three years after having her two kids and saw nothing change. Ten weeks into a programme built around her, the toning she’d wanted for years showed up, her clothes went loose, and the 2kg came off without a diet.

“I am proud of lots of achievements, but the one I’m most proud of is completing my 100 mile ultra at UTA this year. One of the best things I have ever done is have you as my coach.”

Meg started in 2018 wanting to lose weight, after training most days and slowly gaining instead. Eight years on she spends her weekends hiking and trail running, and has a 100 mile finish at Ultra-Trail Australia behind her.

One of the best

“He is one of the best coaches I’ve worked with — consistently attentive, highly knowledgeable, and deeply invested in every detail of my development. Nathan doesn’t just coach; he pushes you to improve, builds your confidence, and makes sure your technique is right so you can get real, lasting results.”

Process has been easy!

“If you had told me I’d hit my goal weight — 18kg down — in 10 months without flogging myself at the gym, I don’t think I would have believed you. With Nathan, the process has been easy.”

He’s always invested

“Working with Nathan doesn’t feel like working with a coach or PT — it feels like having another team member in your corner. At times, it honestly feels like he’s more invested in my goals than I am.”
