Feel like you can’t sustain a training program without potentially burning out, constant fatigue or even overuse injury? Don’t worry this was me for years trying to get better at long distance running.
The video below will give you some insight into what to look for when in a recovery phase of training. If you are strict with your training days and avoid resting, you could be applying effort with no reward. Which for busy time-poor people like myself is not ideal.
